Nous vivons à Québec depuis maintenant 4 ans & lorsque la famille viens nous visiter le passage par l'Erablière du lac Beauport est un I.N.C.O.N.T.O.U.R.N.A.B.L.E !
Ca reste toujours la sortie favorite parmi toutes puisqu'elle mêle l'histoire des produits d'érables (merci a Magalie pour la visite & les explications claire anglais/français) ambiance folklorique à souhait (quelques bleus aux cuisses a jouer de la cuillère… mais ca en valait la peine !) cuisine traditionnelle (ca prend au moins une randonnée a l'acropole des draveurs pour tout éliminer…) Service aussi accueillant qu'on puisse l'imaginer au Québec & le tout dans un cadre exceptionnel au milieu de la nature ! Bref 5/5 pour l'incontournable au Québec ❤?

Lovely place to visit. The owner went through the whole maple syrup process, which was very interesting. The maple toffee was delicious! Great selection of items in the gift shop - get the maple butter!

I was part of a large group visiting. We were greeted with smiles & an interesting glass of wine. Chairs around the firepit, a fiddling group & lovely hors d'ouevres - especially the bacon! The meal was served family style & while not fancy, it was plentiful. The tortiere was fabulous. Entertainment throughout the meal was fun & drew in the crowd. Shopped at the store/info centre after.
It was a great evening & I definitely will come back with family!
