Très bonne nourriture, personnel très gentil, les chaises sont confortable. Le prix est un peu élevé & la tire moyenne, mais mon expérience global était très bien.

Nous sommes déçus car il n'y avait pas de musiciens & d'animation comme nous avions connu dans les fois précédentes (seulement 2 min de cuillère).
Cependant la nourriture reste excellente.

Bel accueil & bon repas. Nous allons à cet endroit depuis plusieurs années avec notre club social & c'est toujours une très belle activité avec un bon service.
Le moins bon point est qu'il faudrait quand même plus d'espace entre chaque personne, c'est un peu tassé.

Excellent endroit pour un groupe de petite enfance. Très belle activité comme la petite ferme, le musée, les jeux extérieurs etc. & un gros A+ pour l'animation & le repas.

J'ai parlé au téléphone avec une dame pour modifier une réservation. Elle a été très condescendante avec moi.
Dès le début de l'appel. Ensuite elle m'a dit de façon très sèche qu'elle devait avoir mon numéro de carte de crédit alors que lorsqu'on m'a appelé pour confirmer la réservation on m'a dit que ce n'était pas nécessaire du tout.
Également elle a demandé le code de sécurité de ma carte de crédit !!!! Ça ne se fait pas.
Bref, cette dame devrait recevoir du coaching avant de prendre des appels & de parler ainsi aux gens. Très désolant.

Pour le reste, nous avons passé une soirée extraordinaire. Le repas était délicieux & l'ambiance très agréable.
Juste de s'assurer que les gens qui prennent des appels aient des skills de service à la clientèle car l'appel avec cette dame est la seule ombre au tableau à mon avis.
