Nous étions une table de 10 personnes & avons eu droit à un tout petit plat d'oeufs. Seulement 4 personnes ont pu en profiter. Nous avons donc demandé à plusieurs reprises un nouveau plat d'oeufs & ce fut au bout de 20 min. que les oeufs sont arrivés & ce, de façon cavalière. La jeune fille a lancé le plat sur la table. En aucun temps, nous avons été impolis envers notre serveuse. À 46,00 $ par personne, je considère que la demande était légitime. En ce qui concerne le déssert, la jeune fille est arrivée avec une petite tarte au sucre à la crème en nous disant que celle-ci était pour les 10 personnes, une vraie blague. Nous avons dû encore une fois s'obstiner pour en obtenir une deuxième. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas apprécié notre visite. Jambon très bon mais aurait été meilleur chaud car très froid.

Aucune accommodation offerte pour nos deux enfants (chaises adaptées, etc...). On ne pouvait même pas reculer les chaises pour s'y asseoir tellement on était coincé entre les tables. On était assis épaules à épaules. Nourriture froide & ordinaire pour le coût de 48$ par personne. Ça ne valait vraiment pas ce que ça en coûtait.

Superbe cabane à sucre! C'est notre quatrième visite & à chaque fois les employés sont souriants, accommodants & professionnels. La nourriture est parfaite & les quantités généreuses! À l'année prochaine!

Nous avons adoré notre sortie à l'Érablière du Lac-Beauport, rien de négatif à signaler. Nourriture excellente, animation sans reproche, propreté des lieux. Avons apprécié le bâtiment des animaux de la forêt du Québec. Cette Érablière est à recommander ♥️👍🏽♥️

This was my husband & I's first time visiting Canada & we both agreed this Sugar Shack was our favorite part of the entire trip. It felt so authentic & wholesome & was a great way to experience French Canadian culture. We don't speak any French, but the staff & others around us were very friendly & able to explain some of what was going on to us in English. Even without speaking the language you could just feel the fun! Great food & the syrup tasting at the end was absolutely magical.
