Très déçus par notre expérience. Pour 57 $ par personne - de loin le prix le plus élevé que nous ayons payé pour une érablière - la qualité de la nourriture n'était vraiment pas au rendez-vous. L'absence de certains incontournables comme le bacon, & même de sirop d'érable à disposition, est difficile à comprendre. L'ensemble donne l'impression d'un établissement misant davantage sur la quantité que sur la qualité. Même l'ambiance était plutôt ordinaire. Nous ne recommandons pas.
Dans le traditionnel, omeltte vapeur, oreilles de Christ, jambon saucisse, pâté à la viande, soupe au pois avec crèpe & tarte au sucre. Le sirop étais bon, pas dillué comme j'ai déjà vu ailleur. Le service est amical & rapide, animation & musique ok. Pour les enfants, il y avais des tours de poney. Je recommande.
L'ambiance & le lieu sont formidables. Il y a beaucoup de détails intéressants pour les enfants, notamment : coin du feu à l'extérieur, mini ferme, modules de jeux, sentiers de montagne, tours de pony, camp du trappeur, etc.
L'ANIMATION pendant le repas aussi est vraiment le fun : musique, quiz, la nouvelle mascotte PALETTE l'écureuil !! & la séance musicale de cuillères en bois, formidable pour les enfants entre autres !
& Richard est formidable à l'animation. Ah oui, le personnel est tout à fait avenant & gentil. La famille m'a déjà demandé de reprendre le tout l'an prochain.

Je devais annuler la réservation à cause des imprevus de mon travail, le gérant ou proprietaire ne permetait pas d'annuler la réservation ce qui est illegale. Il a dit que comme il était de bon humeur il allait nous changer la date, ce qui ne marchait pas pour mon groupe d'amis. Son excuse est de traiter la réservation comme un billet de spectacle, la réalité est que le service est d'un restaurant.
Me & my Wife visited this sugar shack on a trip to Quebec City, & it was a ton of fun! The food was very good, & there was plenty of it. We left full, for sure! The meal was served family style, & we were the only couple at our table of 14 that spoke English, but we managed! Everyone else was very friendly, & found a way to communicate effectively with us. The staff member who checked us out & helped us to get seated did speak English. Just bear in mind that French is the common language in this part of the Country.
