Très bon moment passé dans une très bonne ambiance! Une très belle découverte! Nous avons été très bien accueillis & la nourriture est à volonté. Nous avons eu la chance d'être placés à côté de personnes natives avec qui nous avons eu de très beaux échanges.

Excellente atmosphère, avec un staff incroyable & souriant en tout temps. Nous sommes allés en groupe & nous avions été servi avec de beaux sourires & pleine de politesse! Le tout accompagné de belles activités (chaises musicales, la danse, cuillères musicales)
I recently visited this place, & the space itself was nicely set up. My first impression was positive.
However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the seating arrangement. The system is that you're guided to a table with the reservation name on it & are expected to sit in your assigned seats. We were assigned front seats at a table near the stage.
The issue arose when another group seated at the same table decided they didn't like their seats. They took ours without asking & told us to move to the back of the table, where the view of the stage was significantly worse. We refused, of course, but they ignored us. We eventually had to involve a staff member, but instead of resolving the situation fairly, the staff reassigned us to the back seats, the ones that group was originally supposed to take, simply because they were more insistent.
This all happened right in front of us, which made the situation even more frustrating & uncomfortable. Another staff member later stepped in & reassigned us again, but in the end, the back seats were given to completely different guests who had no idea what had happened (& likely still don't know those weren't originally their seats). If we hadn't witnessed everything, we would have thought those were our original seats & wouldn't have realised we were being treated unfairly.
While the root issue was the rude behaviour of a particular group of guests, the staff should have handled the situation properly & honoured our original seating arrangements. I appreciate that they eventually found us another table, but this situation should never have happened in the first place.
Although the activity itself was enjoyable, I would choose a different place if I were to do it again. I especially wouldn't recommend this place for smaller groups, as they may find themselves at a disadvantage when larger, more assertive parties decide to disregard the seating arrangements.
La bouffe est bonne, pour le déjeuner , pour les enfants & adultes qui ne boivent pas de café aucun brevage est offert. Vous pourriez offrir au moins un jus pour eux. Très peu d'activités. Petite ferme un lama, un mouton & deux poneys assez ordinaire. La cabane des trappeurs est bien. Pour avoir laissé le commentaire à la propriétaire pour le jus & me faire répondre que à 57$/ PERS & que le pourboire est inclus, je m'excuse mais c'est de loin d'être une réponse professionnelle. Ajuster votre prix pour satisfaire vos clients.

Oui l'animation extérieur était bien & les poneys c'est une très bonne idée ainsi que le feux de camp la nourriture était très bonne exception des oeufs la texture des oeufs & le gout était loins de mes attentes ainsi que l'animation ni musique traditionnelle a l'intérieur avant & pendant l'heure du souper avant il y avait beaucoup plus d'animation pour faire rire les gens & aucune musique traditionnelle pour la soirée de dansante mes pour le reste toute était parfait
