The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Delicious. Great smokehouse BBQ food. The brisket was excellent & the corn bread was sooo good. The staff were great as well. They know what they do & they do it really well. Loved this place.

Quelle belle découverte. Nous étions 2, nous avons prit 2 combo BBQ pour deux. Ça se mange pratiquement tout seul. La viande est d'une très grande tendreté, dans le goût & la texture on sent que ça été cuit longtemps & avec beaucoup d'amour. Le service fût impeccable. & puisque nous avons les 2 terminés nos plateau, la serveuse nous a offert 2 shooter. Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais, ça été grandement apprécié, ça rajoute à l'expérience. Le mac n cheese est très bon également, il est crémeux à souhait. C'est définitivement une place à connaître 🦖🐂🐖🐓🐟

Absolutely one of the best BBQ restaurants I've ever eaten at, anywhere. I had the brisket & ribs combo, both fantastic. Cornbread was bomb too.

Merveilleuse première expérience de ce resto de BBQ sur la Grande-Allée à Québec. Nourriture délicieuse & généreuse pour les amateurs de BBQ! Le service est attentionné, la nourriture est goûteuse & de grande qualité, plusieurs bons choix de bières, d'alcools & de cocktails, les salles de bain & le restaurant sont très propres & l'accueil est fantastique! Que du positif pour l'amateur de bonne chaire à Québec! Je vous le recommande chaudement dans les froides soirées pluvieuses & neigeuses d'hiver.

En tant que gars qui passe beaucoup (trop 😅) de temps autour de son fumoir, je peux dire que Faite à l'os mérite son nom. La viande est tendre, fumée comme il faut, avec ce petit goût boisé qui rappelle le vrai BBQ du Sud. Les côtes levées se détachent toutes seules de l'os, le brisket est juteux & plein de saveur, & le poulet garde ce mélange parfait entre croustillant & moelleux.

Ce qui m'a impressionné, c'est l'équilibre entre le fumé & l'assaisonnement - pas trop salé, pas trop sucré, juste bien maîtrisé. Les accompagnements suivent le rythme. & côté ambiance, on retrouve le style BBQ convivial, généreux & sans fla-fla.

Bref, que tu sois amateur de fumoir comme moi ou juste curieux de découvrir un vrai BBQ à Québec, tu ne te trompes pas en t'arrêtant ici. Ça goûte l'authenticité & la passion. 👌

Très belle decouverte. Un excellent resto BBQ. On a pris l assiette pour 2. Wow, on goute à tout & super portion. Les viandes fumées sont tous très bonnes.
Très bon drink. Serveurs sympathiques & excellent. On va y retourner assurément 😃

Such a gem of smoked bbq goodness, brisket & ribs were fork tender & delicious…this place should not be missed! Service was amazing, ambiance was perfect. We will be back for sure!
