The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Bouffe chaleureuse & réconfortante. Ça sent bon & ça goûte bon. On salive rien qu'à y penser. Bon choix de cocktails maison. Le service est rapide & agréable.

Merveilleuse première expérience de ce resto de BBQ sur la Grande-Allée à Québec. Nourriture délicieuse & généreuse pour les amateurs de BBQ! Le service est attentionné, la nourriture est goûteuse & de grande qualité, plusieurs bons choix de bières, d'alcools & de cocktails, les salles de bain & le restaurant sont très propres & l'accueil est fantastique! Que du positif pour l'amateur de bonne chaire à Québec! Je vous le recommande chaudement dans les froides soirées pluvieuses & neigeuses d'hiver.

La bouffe étais excellente les cocktails sur la coche. Service excellent & bonne ambiance. Je recommande de réserver tôt dans la soirée il a pomal moins de monde. Sa valait le 3h de route.

Wow!!! Just wow. My husband & I ordered a house cocktail to begin, & found that they were both not very strong. In fact, they tasted like juice. But, when the meal came WOW. we got the platter for 2, with the Mac & cheese side & absolutely loved it. We couldn't even finish, we were so full. The beef brisket was so tender, the chicken strips were delicious & moist, & the ribs were fall off the bone. The Mac & cheese was very bland to our tasting but mixed with a piece of brisket was heaven. A must try when in Quebec City.

Parfait.... Absolument parfait!!
L'accueil & le service est fantastique! Les serveurs sont toutes de super bonne humeur, blaguant avec nous durant la soirée! ils participent a l'expérience autant (si pas plus), que la nourriture! & la nourriture!!!
C'était vraiment délicieux, & très rapide! Les cocktails & boisson était très diversifiée avec une grande sélection de très bon vin!! Je recommande a n'importe qui qui passe a Québec! Ou si vous resté a l'hôtel le concorde, c'est a 2min de marche! Nous serons de retour!!

Pour nous, la poutine de la Poutine week du Faites à l'os est devenu un incontournable. Cette année encore elle était délicieuse avec le boeuf fumée, la chaire de homard & la sauce à base de bisque de homard. Accompagné de l'un de leurs cocktails signature & suivi d'une tartelette au sucre, ce fut un repas sans faute !
