The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

So happy we decided to try this place out while we were in Quebec City last week! Everything was delicious. I had the Crousti Delight while my fiance went with the rib & brisket duo. We will be back on our next trip to try the BBQ combo & to get some more mojitos!

The portions were generous, & a special highlight was the Yoda drink, which was excellent. Our favorite cut of meats were the chicken, sausage & pork belly. The gravy sauce was addicting, though the beef brisket was a tad dry for our taste. The service was friendly. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends, especially if you're craving meat or BBQ-style dishes.

Faite à l'os stands out with great service & exceptional flavour that beat our expectations by a mile in this area with heavy tourist traffic. The Burnt Ends tostada was my favourite bite, & their BBQ combos (sauce & cornbread not pictured) & cocktails hit the mark too. Of course, it's also hard to beat the vibe of this street mid-summer.

Nos repas était excellent, la viande très très très satisfaisante, délicieuse & leur sauce maison bbq, elle est vraiment excellente ça vaut définitivement la peine de demander d'y goûter! Le service était très bien & très rapide aussi.

pour du bbq du sud, cet endroit est costaud. vraiment excellent, le service de valérie était exceptionel. brisket excellente..... le seul petit hic? avec une alabama white bbq sauce, ca déchirerait tout.... cette place vaut le détour...

Great spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers & main courses. My partner has some allergies & the servers & kitchen staff went above & beyond which meant a lot to us. The burnt ends tostada was incredible & the ribs & brisket were off the charts. For fans of authentic delicious BBQ I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le virgin cesar était incroyable! Le poulet aussi! Juste petite déception car notre brisket de boeuf était sec.. peut-être juste mal tombé nous verrons dans le futur car je vais réessayer. Peut-être un peu moins de sel aussi c'était déjà assez goûteux avec le bbq que le surplus de sel n'était pas nécessaire selon nous. Ça reste un méchant bon resto de bbq je recommande d'essayer. 👍
