The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The cocktails are unique & delicious. The food is to die for. The service is impeccable. We had the burnt ends, the piri piri octopus & a BBQ plate with brisket & chicken. Everything was expertly prepared & perfectly seasoned. If you are in the area this is a definite must try. Bravo!

OMG! We had the bbq plate for two & it was fantastic! Everything on the plate was delicious. Great cocktails as well. I would recommend this place if you are a meat lover.

Great experience, cool + cozy atmosphere, not to mention outstanding bbq grub. Unique flavors , best chicken +waffles ever, duck drumsticks & brisket certainly good! Nailed it with a great playlist & excellent & friendly crew-highly recommend!

Vraiment très bon, les portions sont bien généreuses! Nous avons pris le combo bbq à deux & même sans avoir pris d'entrée, nous n'avons pas été capable de finir le plat tellement c'est une grosse portion! Une belle expérience à répéter.

I've had BBQ in many places in the US & I cook my own BBQ too. The ribs & brisket were as good as I've had anywhere. Great service, relaxed environment. We came early, so no wait. Highly reccomended.

Jai pris le burito & arrivé chez moi je me suis rendu compte qu'il ny avait pas eu de bines bbq & de cote levé comme indiqué dans la description. Javais seulement le poulet.
Je nai pas senti le queso non plus mais peut etre que lui y etait. Cetait bon mais decu des saveurs manquantes

Your food was awesome! BBQ chicken & ribs cooked to perfection with great sides. Your staff are fantastic. We were in Quebec for business & didn't know were to go. The concierge at our hotel recommended your restaurant. A must for anyone visiting Quebec city!
