The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

The food was amazing, we had the rib & brisket bbq plate & the Texan burger with a poutine. The brisket was so tender with crispy bits & the ribs were fall off the bone. The burger was fantastic & the bacon on the burger was thick & you could taste the smoke flavour. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, so cozy & welcoming. They checked on the table the perfect amount & chatted with us at the end of our meal about the where they source the food. Overall amazing food, service & experience would 100% visit again. Cocktails were also great!! Definitely recommend if you are in the Quebec City area.

Si vous cherchez la quantité plus que la qualité c'est le bon endroit. Je m'attendais à des pièces de boeuf ou des poissons cuits sur le bbq mais ce n'est pas cela. C'est très gras & vous sentez la friture en sortant.

Le plateau Faite à l'os est un incontournable. Dans la plus pure tradition du Southern BBQ, chaque élément procure une bouchée satisfaisante & pleine de saveurs fumnées. Nous avons été estomaqués par l'accompagnement de choux de bruxelles à la façon césar. Service très rapide, courtois & professionel. Ce restaurant brille dans cette période de reprise post-covid.
