The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Sehr gutes Barbecue, hatten die Rinder Brust brisket und spareribs. Beides sehr gut, viel Auswahl an lokalen Bieren. Service sehr freundlich und bemüht, geht auch gut mit Englisch. Konnten bei dem schönen Wetter im Gastgarten sitzen.

Had the brisket & ribs. The meat was so succulent it would fall off the bone & melt in your mouth. The sauce has a Smokey flavour. Added a poutine, & it was an amazing meal. Good IPA beer here as well.
This is all you need. Best meat in town

So happy we decided to try this place out while we were in Quebec City last week! Everything was delicious. I had the Crousti Delight while my fiance went with the rib & brisket duo. We will be back on our next trip to try the BBQ combo & to get some more mojitos!

Magistral!!!!!!! Après avoir pris l'assiette combinée l'an dernier qui aurait pu nourrir 4 personnes & on était 2.....(on a du nous rouler dehors) on s'est dit qu'on irait un peu plus molo cette année. On a donc choisi le burger double cheese brisket & on a découvert le meilleur hamburger qu'on a jamais mangé!!!! Ce restaurant doit absolument faire partie de chacune de vos escapades à Québec!!!!!

The portions were generous, & a special highlight was the Yoda drink, which was excellent. Our favorite cut of meats were the chicken, sausage & pork belly. The gravy sauce was addicting, though the beef brisket was a tad dry for our taste. The service was friendly. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends, especially if you're craving meat or BBQ-style dishes.

So good we went back in the same week! Our group sampled the burnt ends appetizer, & brisket, burger, ribs, & taco entrees. Everything was amazing! Meat was exceptionally tender & flavorful, sides were very good (cornbread & poutine!) & portions nearly too generous. Service was friendly, especially Simon at the bar. Atmosphere & music, top notch!
