About us...

The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Brisket, ribs, & corn bread were flavorful but a little dry for my liking. The experience was positive, so I would visit again & give it another try.

English follows french Wow, la bouffe était écoeurante. Un endroit où l' ont va retourner a 100% lorsque nous allons a la ville de Québec. Le service le gars qui s'occupait d' asseoir le monde était indescriptible, du a la fête au plaine d'Abraham il roulait a 200% pour continuer a faire rouler le restaurant. Il restait poli & venait même nous parler dans la ligne d'attente pour nous laisser savoir combien de temps & pour garder le monde en ligne. Même plein les serveurs roulaient a 200% pour continuer a faire rouler le restaurant & accommoder les gens le plus possible. Je vous lève mon chapeau. Pour retourner a la bouffe cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas trouver un smoke house comme cela, continuer comme ça vous faites un job incroyable. Pour laisser savoir dans l' assiette de brisket & ribs il manque le pain au maïs Wow, the food is incredible, a place that we will be going back to for sure once we go back to Quebec city. Let Salut the guy that was sitting people down, he was going at 200% that evening since there was a party on the plaine d'Abraham that night. He was amazing talking to people in line & keeping them there, explaining to them the wait time & more. Even full & a waiting line the servers were keeping there cool & making sure that people were having a good experience. To go back to the food, it had been a while since we had eaten at a really good smoke house. You guys are doing a really good job I am raising my hat to all of you keep doing it. FyI in the brisket & rib plate the corn bread is missing

Tout ce que nous avons mangé était excellent ! Tacos faite à l'os étaient très bons & le duo cote levés & brisket est un bon choix & c'est tendre !

pour du bbq du sud, cet endroit est costaud. vraiment excellent, le service de valérie était exceptionel. brisket excellente..... le seul petit hic? avec une alabama white bbq sauce, ca déchirerait tout.... cette place vaut le détour...

Etant amateur de burgers , de restaurants & ayant visité partout a travers le Canada j'ai finalement trouvé LE meilleur burger! Juste indescriptible. Le melange de goût, la cuisson & la brisket en font que ce burger est incontournable!.

Great spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers & main courses. My partner has some allergies & the servers & kitchen staff went above & beyond which meant a lot to us. The burnt ends tostada was incredible & the ribs & brisket were off the charts. For fans of authentic delicious BBQ I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
