The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

On m'avait recommandé le resto comme étant un steakhouse. Bien que le mot "os" soit dans le titre, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un steakhouse. Nous avons grandement apprécié les entrées de pieuvre & le carpaccio de cerf. Cependant, n'avons pas été impressionné par le brisket ni les côtes levées qui étaient trop cuits tous les deux.
Le resto se démarque surtout par la présence des employés, notamment Sonia au service qui est d'une superbe gentillesse.

Que du WOW!!! Je n'avais jamais mangé de la brisket aussi tendres & goûteuse des côtes levées tendres & succulentes. Nous vous aussi pris le plateau de charcuteries & ce fut comme un feux d'artifice de saveur!!! Le service fait par le propriétaire qui est un passionné, prend le temps de jaser avec les clients, d'expliquer les plats comme un ami. Les portions sont très grosses avec des prix vraiments raisonnables! Si vous êtes carnivore, ce resto est pour vous!!!!!

The food was amazing, we had the rib & brisket bbq plate & the Texan burger with a poutine. The brisket was so tender with crispy bits & the ribs were fall off the bone. The burger was fantastic & the bacon on the burger was thick & you could taste the smoke flavour. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, so cozy & welcoming. They checked on the table the perfect amount & chatted with us at the end of our meal about the where they source the food. Overall amazing food, service & experience would 100% visit again. Cocktails were also great!! Definitely recommend if you are in the Quebec City area.

We visited Quebec City for only a few days & came to Faite A L'os twice. Our first meal & experience were so great, we came back. Brisket, ribs, pork tacos, 1/2 chicken - all delicious. The team are passionate about what they do which translates into a great experience for all.
