The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Excellent service. Only to be topped by the food & cocktails. We had the Texan burger. The cajun fries were amazing. The burger was phenomenal. My only suggestion. Bring you appetite. These are big portions of quality food.

Service ordinaire, nous avons voulu changer de ta table car avec 2 enfants c'était beaucoup trop ensoleillé mais ça nous a été refusé malgré qu'il y avait d'autres tables disponibles .. par la suite, très long pour recevoir nos cocktails qui étaient vraiment mal dosés. Nourriture Ok mais rien d'extraordinaire. Alors déçu de notre expérience!

Agréablement surprise par le menu! Étant quelqu'un qui n'aime pas particulièrement les mets de viande, je me suis surprise à adorer mon plat (gaufre au poulet). & que dire du cocktail que le chef nous a préparé! Un vrai délice! Parfait pour une sortie entre amis!

This was a Delicious Southern BBQ restaurant. Food was outstanding & so were the cocktails. Busy little place & staff were hustling. We definitely recommend dining here.

Petit restaurant sympathique.
Duo barbecue (poulet & côtes levées) excellent, cocktails intéressants.
Seul bémol sur la salade de chou, vinaigre de vin? Câline 🤔
