Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

The food was SO good. We needed a late dinner with the kids. We shared two combo trays (chicken/ribs + brisket + ribs with sides + poutine + mac n cheese). Everything was demolished. So tasty. Staff were friendly & east going. Yum!

The sides are good, but the real star is the meat. The atmosphere is casual & inviting, & the staff are excellent-friendly, attentive, & clearly passionate about the food. This was the most delicious food we've ever tried. We've travelled a lot & tried many different foods. Let me tell you, this is out of this planet. The ribs melt in your mouth, absolutely exquisite. The chicken is delicious. It was almost a heavenly experience. I can't recommend this enough. Please keep the hard work, quality & service. Blessings to you.

My daughter & I took a trip to Quebec City & wanted to finish our night off with some good food. My daughter loves bbq ribs & I found this place on google. The food was amazing & the staff was super friendly & accommodating. Atmosphere was excellent & I felt a nice québécois vibe. I will definitely come back when I visit Quebec again.
Had the brisket & ribs. The meat was so succulent it would fall off the bone & melt in your mouth. The sauce has a Smokey flavour. Added a poutine, & it was an amazing meal. Good IPA beer here as well.

I got take out but had a chance to enjoy the atmosphere while I waited for my food to be ready. Beautiful place & really friendly & cool staff. I got the BBQ Combo because I wanted to try everything, & I wasn't disappointed! I love ribs & brisquet, but surprisingly, those weren't even my favourite parts (though they were amazing). The best parts were actually the extremely thick cut House Bacon, & the fried chicken tenders. The only thing I was'disappointed' in was the cornbread. Now, the cornbread was really good cornbread, don't get me wrong; I finished mine & my wife's. However, it was savoury & not at all sweet, & I like my cornbread sweet & as a sort of dessert.
Speechless! My boyfriend & I were spending the weekend in Quebec City when we stumbled upon this restaurant - & wow, what a blessing. The moment we stepped outside, we were hit with the most incredible smell, & we just knew we had to try it. Unfortunately, they had run out of ribs (understandable, since they're so delicious), but the amazing server surprised me with the very last one as a gesture of goodwill - & honestly, that speaks volumes. The food? Pure fireworks & happiness in every bite. Everything was absolutely perfect, & my only regret is not living in Quebec City so I could come here more often. Service 10/10, highly recommended!
So happy we decided to try this place out while we were in Quebec City last week! Everything was delicious. I had the Crousti Delight while my fiance went with the rib & brisket duo. We will be back on our next trip to try the BBQ combo & to get some more mojitos!
