About us...

The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

I've had BBQ in many places in the US & I cook my own BBQ too. The ribs & brisket were as good as I've had anywhere. Great service, relaxed environment. We came early, so no wait. Highly reccomended.

Your food was awesome! BBQ chicken & ribs cooked to perfection with great sides. Your staff are fantastic. We were in Quebec for business & didn't know were to go. The concierge at our hotel recommended your restaurant. A must for anyone visiting Quebec city!

The food was amazing, we had the rib & brisket bbq plate & the Texan burger with a poutine. The brisket was so tender with crispy bits & the ribs were fall off the bone. The burger was fantastic & the bacon on the burger was thick & you could taste the smoke flavour. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, so cozy & welcoming. They checked on the table the perfect amount & chatted with us at the end of our meal about the where they source the food. Overall amazing food, service & experience would 100% visit again. Cocktails were also great!! Definitely recommend if you are in the Quebec City area.

We visited Quebec City for only a few days & came to Faite A L'os twice. Our first meal & experience were so great, we came back. Brisket, ribs, pork tacos, 1/2 chicken - all delicious. The team are passionate about what they do which translates into a great experience for all.

Great food! Between us, we had the ribs, chicken & brisket - all amazingly tender & tasty, in huge servings. (Enough for lunch the next day). A little Smokey inside, but that's what makes it so tasty.

Excellant food.. The chicken & rib combo was large enough for two.. The crispy shrimp is a must try. Friendly staff as well! Definitely recommend this restaurant.

L'attente a été plutôt longue pour recevoir notre nourriture, mais c'était vraiment excellent !
Nous avons goûté les ribs, le poulet, la bisket de boeuf, les frites & le mac'n'cheese & tout était délicieux.
