About us...

The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Wow quel belle bouffe de fumoir!
Je vous recommande fortement le plateau à partager pour 2 personnes, ça semble beaucoup mais en prenant notre temps on fini par passer au travers. Les saucisses cuites à la perfection & que dire des énorme tranche de bacon & des bout de côte levée qui se détache tout seul. WoW endroit incontournable à visiter à Québec!

One tip: if you've got a big appetite, go for the BBQ platter for two-even if you're solo-& skip the sides. You'll get generous portions of their best cuts, & it's well worth it. The sides are good, but the real star is the meat. The atmosphere is casual & inviting, & the staff are excellent-friendly, attentive, & clearly passionate about the food. Service is quick without feeling rushed, & they're happy to offer recommendations. One of the best meals were have ever had!

Barely any wait for a table on the patio. The servers were fantastic, the drinks were amazing (I'd recommend a margarita). The brisket was the best I've ever had & I make a great brisket! The tacos were delicious, the potatoe salad, corn bread, all of it was absolutely amazing.

Definitely make this a stop

Belle découverte sur Grande-Allée, nous avons pris la copieuse assiette combo pour 2. Tout était excellent, les côtes levées valent à elles seules le détour.
Très bon service & ambiance agréable.
À essayer sans faute si vous êtes de passage dans la région.

Sehr gutes Barbecue, hatten die Rinder Brust brisket und spareribs. Beides sehr gut, viel Auswahl an lokalen Bieren. Service sehr freundlich und bemüht, geht auch gut mit Englisch. Konnten bei dem schönen Wetter im Gastgarten sitzen.

This was the most delicious food we've ever tried. We've travelled a lot & tried many different foods. Let me tell you, this is out of this planet. The ribs melt in your mouth, absolutely exquisite. The chicken is delicious. It was almost a heavenly experience. I can't recommend this enough. Please keep the hard work, quality & service. Blessings to you.

During our time to the city we were lucky enough to stumble upon this cute little spot with an incredible atmosphere! As soon as you walk in, the smell lets you know you're in the right place, the music & vibe then amplify that….then you get the food. If 6 stars existed, this would earn it 100% ps. Get the Clint Eastwood sangria, you're welcome
