The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Restaurant incroyable! Ambiance, service & nourriture A1, j'ai adoré ma soirée & c'est probablement le meilleur poulet frit que j'ai eu la chance de manger! Je recommande fortement!

Fantastic experience dining in a not so tourist spot outside the city walls. Fun vibe, everyone having a good time. Exceptional tapas $6 plates on Wednesdays! Recommend tasting all of the menu this way! Beef dumplings to die for. Shrimp fritters, smoked mackerel, sliders, & chicken & waffle did not disappoint! You will be happy you went!

I got take out but had a chance to enjoy the atmosphere while I waited for my food to be ready. Beautiful place & really friendly & cool staff. I got the BBQ Combo because I wanted to try everything, & I wasn't disappointed! I love ribs & brisquet, but surprisingly, those weren't even my favourite parts (though they were amazing). The best parts were actually the extremely thick cut House Bacon, & the fried chicken tenders. The only thing I was'disappointed' in was the cornbread. Now, the cornbread was really good cornbread, don't get me wrong; I finished mine & my wife's. However, it was savoury & not at all sweet, & I like my cornbread sweet & as a sort of dessert.

Les repas sont excellents! Un smokehouse avec une diversité de repas exceptionnel qui sort du standard!
Le service est super. Nous avons toujours un bon service avec de très bonne recommandation.
L'ambiance est parfait & la petite salle à manger permet de voir l'exécution de nos repas!
Je recommande toujours ce restaurant!

Wow, mon cou de coeur de la fin de semaine. Magnifique petit resto chaleureux, accueillant, divertissant. Les serveurs sont super sympathique. Ils donnent l'impression qu'on fait de la famille. La bouffe est vraiment délicieuse. Si vous aimez la viande, vous êtes à la bonne place. Ont étaient 6 personnes & tout le monde a aimer son repas. L'ambiance était vraiment génial. Musique agréable, pas trop forte juste parfaite. C'était notre première visite, mais assurément pas notre dernière. Je recommande fortement ce merveilleux petit restaurant.
