The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

J'avais des haute attentes avec tout les bons commentaires sur google , malheureusement pour moi & mon conjoint on n'a pas vraiment apprécier, on n'a pris l'assiette pour 2 , on n'a peut-être été mal chanceux avec les pièces de viande mais les côtes levées étaient tellement grasses, on croquait dans du gras alors on ne l'a pas mangé,saucisse très ordinaire & bacon comme les côtes levées trop gras ,le brisket & le poulet frit c'était mon préférer par contre ! Le service je crois que c'est ce qui m'a le plus déplus, on n'était un groupe de 6 on était 4 sur 6 arrivés & sa été très long avant d'avoir des menus/ boissons , presque 30 min 😵‍💫 pas vraiment de bonjour, cava bien, service très très froid.

Nous avions aucune réservation 9 personnes le proprio nous a quand même reçu un peu plus tard en communicants avec nous par cell.tres bon service la bouffe excellente service aimable
