The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Je suis venu en juin dernier & le manger était INCROYABLE ! Le brisket fondais dans la bouche , cette fois le goût était le meme malheureusement tres dure pas du tout fondant, & les côtelettes de porc tres tres gras , je reviendrai assurément souhaitons que se sera comme ma première expérience inoubliables.

Food & service were top notch. Had the brisket & ribs & both were tender, smoky & delicious. There's clearly a lot of care put into the food. We enjoyed everything about our experience here, we will be back the next time we're in town.
