The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Les gars sont super !
Le service est rapide & la bouffe est sur la coche ! Nous sommes sorti du resto bien plein ! La brisket était juste parfaite! C'est sur que j'y retourne avec mon conjoint !

Vegetarians have to try the Vegetarian Sloppy Joe. One of the best burgers I've had in my life. A thin patty of smoky cheese, breaded & fried, with smoky lentil slippy joe on top & red pepper jam, plus pickles, lettuce, & honey mustard. Amazing. My omnivorous friend had the fried chicken & brisket, which was so well made that it literally fell apart.

Nous avons adorer ! Belle ambiance , beau décor , la bouffe etais super bonne & nous avons eux un excellent service ! Nous allons y retourner sans aucun doute !

Vraiment très bon, les portions sont bien généreuses! Nous avons pris le combo bbq à deux & même sans avoir pris d'entrée, nous n'avons pas été capable de finir le plat tellement c'est une grosse portion! Une belle expérience à répéter.

Probablement le meilleur resto fumoir du Québec. Pour être un habitué du Boucan à Montréal. Faite à l'os est un resto exceptionnel, bouffe 10/10 & belle ambiance avec vue directe sur la cuisine
