The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

Ce type de restaurant corresponds bien à ce que je recherche. Assi au bar on sent la chaleur des fourneaux & l'odeur de viandes fumées, & l'éclairage est tamisé & chaleureux aussi. L'accueil est sympatique, & le personnel présente c'est plats avec fierté, avec raison, après trois visites & plats différents à chaque fois, la cuisine & le service chez Fait à l'os fut au delà de mes attentes, & ceci semblait aussi être le cas pour les tables à proximité.

Tout était incroyable. Si vous avez la chance, essayez le foie gras. La salade césar, le duo côtes levées & poulet étaient très bons. Nous avons été épatés par le pain de maïs. Nous y retournerons bientôt pour essayer autre chose sur le menu!
