The experience at restaurant “ Faite à l’os “ is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine.

Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms.

Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif décor of the Old Quebec.

J'ai beaucoup aimé min expérience culinaire au Faite a l'os. La nourriture était très bonne. Le service était super. Je recommande l'endroit à quiquoncque aime la cuisine fumé.

Deuxième fois que nous y allons & toujours aussi bon. Ils changent régulièrement leur menu Combo faites à l'os alors cela permet de goûter à plusieurs de leurs spécialités. Vraiment bon & vraiment un service hors pair. Si vous aimez les steak house fumoir, c'est LA place où aller sur grande-allée.

Atmosphère chaleureuse, personnel courtois & attentionné. L'entrée de boudin est un MUST. La poutine offerte dans le cadre de la Poutine Week était savoureuse & de bonne quantité. Bref, le « Faite à l'os » est un endroit que je recommande autant pour un dîner que pour le souper. Félicitations à l'équipe.
