Au-delà de mes attentes! J'ai mangé beaucoup de ramens dans ma vie & je suis difficile à satisfaire. Si on devait inventer une version locale du ramen tout en conservant l'essence réconfortante du plat... & bien Gaijin ramen l'a fait, en intégrant des produits québécois en plus! Brillant, un vrai coup de coeur.

Un incontournable à découvrir (& à redécouvrir).

L'un des meilleurs ramens à Québec ! Les plats étant personnalisables, il faut, je crois, beaucoup d'acharnement pour obtenir un résultat qui ne soit pas à notre goût... Enfin...

Quelques petits trucs manquaient toutefois à mon expérience : pas de menu au jargon boursouflé (à mon sens, ça fait chic), pas de décorations prétentieuses (à quoi bon sortir de chez soi, alors?).

Autrement, 5 étoiles à tous les niveaux.
