I ordered a Neo classical ramen (?), dumplings & a matcha cookie. To be very honest, I kinda had a low expectation to try out Asian food at Québec City. Surprisingly, everything was on point! The ramen is oddly good, probably not any traditional ramen I've tried before, I don't want to admit but it's just... actually good? The matcha cookie is a star! I'm a big fan of matcha, so this cookie is incredible. The drink is not bad, just not my taste. Def worth a try! :)

Prix ne sont pas pareils quand on place une commande en ligne qu'en personne, & le menu affiché inclut des choses qui ne sont même pas affichés dans la borne pour commander. De plus je me suis pointé plusieurs fois pour essayer d'acheter une slush, mais après avoir discuté avec la GÉRANTE, il est impossible de commander sans boba, & chaque boba est 1$ de plus! J'ai essayée d'en commander une même avec ce coût supplémentaire, & je me fait dire que la sorte de boba que j'ai choisi ils n'en ont plus. Je n'aime pas les saveurs de boba qui leur restent ,& j'apprends que pour rembourser j'ai besoin de personnellement envoyer un message facebook à quelqu'un sur l'équipe??? jamais vu ça. On appel ça de l'arnaque. Il y a 1 employé à la fois donc difficile d'obtenir du service. Personnellement mon bol de ramen était froid, & il me manquait la protéine

By the strictest definition, I am not even sure that this should even be called'ramen'. But it is a savoury broth with stuff in it, so maybe it's just'soup'.
The noodles were rubbery ... or spongey ... like undercooked or boiled dough, & based on that alone I would not have this again. But the broth was really good -- savoury, but with an elusive sweetness to it. The other components were good, fresh, & tastey -- but not strictly'classique' or traditional. Spinach & corn? The egg was rich & tasty & of a very good consistency. The pork was shaved very thinly, but also very tasty.
The dumplings, on the other hand, were very, very good although the dipping sauce was not. The sauce had a bitter taste, but not good bitter ... bad bitter.
So, if someone is looking for a ramen experience ... this is definitely one. It's okay, but not great. The dumplings were excellent. If you are looking for a first ramen experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere just so that this does not turn you off of ever trying ramen again.
Les dumpings sont excellent la soupe ramen 🤔🤔🤔 bonne, personnellement je trouve ça spécial le fromage en grais mais c'est bon. Le service & bien c'est un écran tactique... Mais mon plateau comprenait ma commande & la fille bien prononcée mon numéro 🤭🫡

An interesting take on a local ramen based on local ingredients.
The broth was good if not very hot. The noodles were springy & chewy as they should be, the eggs were flavorful & jammy as they should be, but the pork was a little strange being slightly sweet & unbalanced when compared to traditional ramen.
The dumplings were tasty & honestly my favorite part of this meal.
The location is very much a product of the student environment. Being surrounded by 4 major schools makes this a location where you could find almost anything to eat & is shared with a number of other restaurants like a food court.
It's not the cleanest area, but at least you can get a quick, albeit pricy meal.
