A ne pas louper si vous êtes sur Québec. Je n'ai pu que faire un breakfast (qui est sans doute le meilleur que j'ai pu faire) pour le reste je ne doute pas que la qualité est au rendez-vous. L'ambiance est excellente, le décor également. Le tout est une très bonne expérience. Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe.

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Bouch in Quebec City, & I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely divine - every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious & expertly prepared. The flavors, presentation, & quality of ingredients all exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets La Bouch apart is its stunning atmosphere. The attention to detail is impressive, from the elegant decor to the unique design elements throughout. Special mention must be made of the washrooms, which are truly one-of-a-kind. The design is unlike anything I've seen before - it's a work of art in itself! The service was also top-notch, with friendly & attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. Like Canada birthed a restaurant that embodies the spirit of the culture & cuisine!! The food is hardy, moorish & down right tasty. The decor is quintessential Quebec (make sure you use the downstairs bathroom, worth the trip & part of the event) we ate there twice whilst in Quebec. I think their breakfast was even better than dinner. Definitely should be on your Quebec City bucket list.

Many people recommend this restaurant. We went there at 6pm to get a seat. I was seated smoothly. The servers at the restaurant were very friendly, & when they saw me pouring water by myself, they came over & said, "This is my job! PLZ Don't let my boss see you doing my job! & your job here is to relax & enjoy the food! His words made us all very happy. I am so sorry I forgot his name. Every dish was amazing & reminded me of that famous TV show, the Bear & Chef Carmen. Everything was wonderful! Even the decoration of the bathroom was a hit with me as a former architect. I highly recommend you to eat here.

Un restaurant qui donne un coup de peps aux plats traditionnels québécois, dans un décor typique mais avec une équipe jeune & un état d'esprit qui l'est aussi. Tout le repas était excellent. L'équipe est au petit soin avec vous dès l'arrivé, & ça fait très plaisir. Nous avons reçu des oreilles de crisse pour un accueil encore une fois typique. Il faut réserver sinon il faut être très patients (40 min à une heure). Les toilettes sont à voir absolument !

À mon avis les patates sont le highlight d'un déjeuner & malheureusement elles étaient très décevantes, elles semblaient surgelés (du moins elle sortait d'un sac, pour l'avoir vu) & étaient semblables à celles du Ben & Florentine. Les fèves au lard étaient très assaisonnées, saveur un peu style sauce à spag, je ne les ai pas aimées du tout mais c'est un avis personnel. Les toasts étaient froides. Par contre les crêpes sauce sucre à la crème étaient délicieuses !! Un gros coup de coeur!! L'ambiance & la décoration sont vraiment typiques, super pour les touristes.

A very unique place. Though the place was crowded for lunch, they have enough capacity & the wait wasn't that long. Amazing decor - apparently the place's theme is on lumberjacks. Many food choices. Taste is good, nothing extraordinary. But the ambience & excitement makes it special. Parking can be tricky - but there is a lot within a couple of blocks. The street where this is on is a beautiful walk with too many cute shops & interesting artifacts. Also, whether you need it or not, do make a trip downstairs to wash your hands. You will be pleasantly surprised 😊
