Food & service is amazing! The mushroom soup was🔥 i just didn't finish the side salad because i'm not a fan of any vinaigrette 😅 i'm glad i found this place ❤?

Je suis allé a ce resto car la cuisine du resto où nous voulions aller (le QG) était fermée le lundi soir.

Ce que j'ai aimé c'est qu'il y avait de la IPA du Nord-Est de Boréal en fut. C'est tout ce que j'ai aimé.

On avait commandé des grilled cheese qui devaient contenir du jambon & des piments, mais il n'y avait rien de ceci. Seulement du fromage.

J'ai commandé la pizza qui était très petite & ressemblait à de la pizza congelée. C'était servi avec une salade qui elle était quand même bonne.

Mon ami avait pris le pâté chinois qui devait être congelé à la base car il était encore froid au moment d'être servi. C'était aussi une très petite portion.

Rien de ceci ne justifiait le prix de 18$ par plat.

Aussi, personne ne nous avait dit que le menu était sur les murs, ce qui a retardé la prise de la commande.

& finalement, ça a pris un bon moment avant pour avoir les additions. & au moment de payer, le pourcentage de pourboire qui figurait sur le terminal était calculé sur le.montant avec taxes, ce qui n'est pas légal.

Bref, je n'y retournerai pas & je ne comprends pas les critiques aussi élogieuses.

Amazing restaurant!! The definition of comfort food 🥘
We were in a rush & only had half an hour to eat & both girls were super nice & managed to served us. We had soups (amazing), hummus & pita (so good too), & THE BEST spinach salad I've had in a long time. I was so surprised of how a salad could be that good. I would totally go back.

Service was mediocre for a barely half-full house, plate was never cleared so after 25 mins after I finished I went up to pay. Based on all the high reviews, I had so much hope for this place but it terribly failed. I had the Sheppard's pie & honestly it tasted mainly like canned corn, the'salad' which was carrot slaw with purple cabbage, raisins & nuts. Forced myself enough to get through 1/3 of the meal. Ambience is old school diner with mainly college students. This place rings college student budget with no standard for quality.

Found this place on an AI search. Ten minute walk to Theatre Capitole. Sunday night at 6 we were the only ones there. When we left at 7:15 it was packed! Food was delicious (cabbage rolls & lasagna). Extra kudos for the salad dressing & pudding chaumore (a must!! we shared one). Music was ideal volume & vibe. Service despite being full was friendly & warm. Totally recommend. So good I forgot to take photos. $70 for 2 beers 2 dinners & 1 dessert.

We arrived in Quebec late at night & were looking for a light meal near our hotel, so we decided to stop here. Despite the cold & snowy weather outside, the restaurant felt warm, cozy, & stylish inside.

We didn't have any drinks & only ordered soup & a salad, but the staff kindly took the time to translate & explain the French menu to us, which we truly appreciated. The food was delicious, & the atmosphere was wonderful.

I would definitely love to come back again.

The moment we walked in the ambiance hit like crazy, the menu was well set & the waiter was awesome. Service 5 stars . When we were served our shepherds pies & lasagnas it completely blew our minds the food was hot steamy & perfect on a cold day. The flavours were amazing & the salad was better than expected

Healthy, delicious home-style meals. My party had the lasagna, Thai chicken salad, & cabbage rolls which were all delicious. Dishes come with a small side salad with vinaigrette dressing which we loved. Good prices & great service as well.

My absolute favorite place to eat lasagna. It's so damn delicious. The salad is excellent, too. I love the salad dressing. I love the warmth & atmosphere at this restaurant. This is my second time having dinner at La Cuisine. Very cozy with great food, also inexpensive in Saint Roch.
