Excellent restaurant de produits locaux diversifiés. Menu changeant. Parmi les 3 meilleures tables de Rimouski. Des accords vin/repas très bien proposés. Un incontournable. Le personnel est attentionné, chaleureux, & donne d'excellents conseils pour les accords mets & vins.
J'aurais vraiment aimé savoir qu'il y avait de la coriandre dans mon plat. Serait-il possible de l'indiquer au menu considérant qu'il y a près de 20% des caucasiens qui sont porteurs du gène qui leur rend la coriandre insupportable? Sinon, tout est toujours parfait chez vous. Merci de considérer ma demande.

Bouffe excellente quoi que pourrait être améliorer. Braisé de boeuf excellent goût & bonne quantité mais servi avec purée de pomme de terre seulement, aucun légume. Ça aurait été parfait s'il y avait eu quelques légumes.
L'assiette de tartare au saumon manquait d'assaisonnement, & sa salade était nue avec un filet d'huile, aucune vinaigrette ni rien.
Quoi qu'il en soit, je recommande.
L'entrée & le dessert étaient succulents.

Booked a reservation & was able to sit outside which made me & my partner happy. However... things went downhill.
It took 20 minutes for a waiter to ask what we would like to drink which is a long time & I noticed the restaurant was not busy at the time. Partner wanted wine & I wanted beer however they didn't seem to have until I asked. I found it surprising that they had it but didn't put it on the drink menu. Took another 20 minutes to receive the drinks. Should not take 40+ minutes to get drinks for a table of two.
My partner had the beef tar tar. She found it lacking taste although a decent portion.
I had the braised beef which left me disappointed. I did not realize the portion would be so small. It felt more of a snack than a meal. The beef was served with mashed potato in a smooth format served together in a bowl drowning in the broth. Although tasty... This could have been served with a side for the price. Left me feeling hungry. For the prices on the menu, I was not ready to order more.

Encore une super découverte. Le Bistro La Réserve à Rimouski m'a vraiment impressionné. J'ai goûté aux pâtes fraîches aux chanterelles & asperges avec une sauce aux oursins de Rimouski, puis au boudin maison servi sur pain brioché avec une rémoulade de céleri-rave & de bourgot. Chaque bouchée était parfaitement dosée, équilibrée, pleine de saveurs. Le personnel est attentionné, chaleureux, & donne d'excellents conseils pour les accords mets & vins. Je me suis senti considéré du début à la fin. Le Bas-Saint-Laurent regorge de petits bijoux comme celui-là, portés par des gens passionnés. Si vous êtes de passage dans le coin de Rimouski, c'est une adresse à ne pas manquer.
Belle découverte ce restaurant le menu est varié j'y suis allée vendredi avec ma soeur & son conjoint. Nous avons adoré, le service est courtois & la bouffe est une expérience culinaire en soi. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.
1er journée de vacances au Bic, je ne prend plus l'avion par égard pour l'environnement, cela permet à mon budget de m'offrir ce qu'il y a de mieux, La réserve Bistro fut un excellent choix.

L'entrée de calmar frit etait très ordinaire, mais l'entrée de dumpling au porc etait excellent.
Le plat de boudin avec romulade etait aussi très bon, mais très déçu des pâtes aux homards; spaghetti très moyen, peu goûteux & homard très caoutchouteux. Très décevant pour un plat à 50$.
Bonne carte de vin & j'ai très apprécié qu'on me fasse goûter avant de servir. Mon premier choix n'était pas très bon.
