Every bite was absolutely delicious. A highlight was the braised beef, which melted in our mouths & had an almost caramelized feel to it. The lamb also melted in our mouths & the flavours were lovely. To start, we had the porc & crab dumplings, which came with a generous portion & was full of flavour. We also had the scallop carpaccio & the scallops had a buttery mouth feel & melted in our mouths (theme of the night). The somelier was also able to pair a light & flavourful Quebec red wine which we will buy again. Highly recommend! The prices were also quite reasonable for the quality & quantity. We left feeling very full & very happy.

Toujours satisfait d'un repas à ce resto. Nourriture excellente, bonne portion, mais surtout, un service impeccable. Toujours de bons conseils pour un accord met-vin! À chaque fois, Catherine nous donne de bons conseils pour le vin selon nos choix de repas & jamais nous avons été déçus.

Arrêt non planifié un jeudi soir en nous rendant au Bas St-Laurent. Resto bien achalandé lors de la visite & pourtant, en maximum 10-15 minutes après la commande, le plat était sur la table. L'un des meilleurs tartares que nous avons mangé. Chapeau! Nous planifierons maintenant nos déplacements pour passer chez vous sur l'heure du souper lors de nos visites en Gaspésie/BSL!
