Nous y étions pour le brunch un samedi matin. Excellent! On nous offre plusieurs plats froids & chauds à partager en plus de 3 desserts. La qualité des produits est imbattable & le service aussi. On y retournera sans aucun doute.

Nous y sommes allés pour le menu dégustation du soir. Nous avons tellement aimé , que nous y sommes retourné pour le brunch du matin. Rien à dire, tellement délicieux & beaucoup de découverte. Bravo au chef & à toute l'équipe.

We had 2 meals here: a brunch & a lunch. Both were excellent with quality food & great preparation/presentation. We liked our brunch so much, we came back for lunch where we enjoyed their concept of tapas/historic menu of $5 plates. We had delicious bread, mushroom soup, salad (super fresh greens), fish, beef & pork dishes ...& a $5 beer (650ml I think) to share! Service is friendly & on point. The dining room is comfortable & welcoming. Would definitely return again.

Meilleur brunch à Québec dans un étoilé Michelin. Pas besoin de s'occuper du parking le valet est à la porte. Service A++ avec Maxime Vincent (Merci pour tout, l'expérience était fantastique). Pas besoin de choisir le menu, on te sert directement des plats savoureux fait avec des produits de chez nous. Mention spécial de ma blonde qui a tripper sur la toilette japonaise! Nous recommandons à 100% & nous allons revenir sans faute. Merci Le Clan!!

Booked for Sunday brunch.
Very professional & friendly hostess. Actively checking on all tables.
Professional staff as well.
It was a prefix brunch consists of 3 steps, starting with cold dishes, then warm & hot, then to the sweets & desserts.
Very reasonably priced.
Additional Wine & Liquor selections are very exclusive also (pricey but quality stuff).
I believe you get the best Michelin experience for dinner too. So, next visit! 😀
