Incredible experience at Le Clan. Amazing food, well curated, balanced 6-course dinner... delicious cocktails & great wine selection... then there's the quaint yet sophisticated, warm ambiance. & impeccable service. Mathew was the best server... so attentive & knowledgeable & clearly passionate about the chef, the food, & their story. Highly recommend!
Tout était parfait jusqu'au plat à la fin... L'espèce d'astronaute avec la lune... Vraiment pas bon. Trop fumé, mais vraiment pour tout le reste c'est génial. Les serveurs sont super, le chef qui est venu nous dire un mot, super apprécié. Je recommande, tout est délicieux & superbement présenté, mais chef, faut revoir les saveurs de l' astraunaute & la lune! Le foie gras!! My god j'aime pas habituellement mais cette fois-ci je suis accro!

Le brunch du dimanche matin est un incontournable dans la ville de Québec. Un véritable chef d'oeuvre orchestré de façon magistral par le chef Stéphane Modat. La qualité, la fraîcheur & le soucis de servir les produits québécois sont dignes de mention. Pour vivre une expérience gastronomique à petit prix le dimanche matin, le brunch du Clan est un must.
Wow! We did the 6 course tasting menu & wine pairing. It blew us away. Best meal we had in QC! The chef used to work from Chateau Frontenac, so you know this is going to be fine dining.
It was a very pleasure experience to enjoy the 6 course with wines Le Clan excels in delivering dishes that leave a lasting impression, from the tender deer & melt-in-your-mouth fish to the carefully crafted dessert pairings. The wines enhanced the dining experience. Each wine is chosen to harmonize with the flavors & textures of the dishes.
Loved the entrance where you can see the chef at work in his kitchen as you head upstairs to be seated. Wonderful tasting menu. The Arctic Char (one of four starters) had an amazing texture. The Sommelier demonstrated a love of wine that was truly infectious! A memorable experience.
Première expérience & tellement pas déçu. C'était un délice du début à la fin. On a débuté avec un Mimosa & un Pomosa (invention & si bon). Vraiment hâte d'y aller pour un souper. Nous avons eu un excellent service autant avec le valet parking qu'à l'intérieur. Nous avions la table des chefs & les voir travailler fut également une belle expérience. Ils travaillent tous avec le sourire & ont un bel accueil pour tous les clients.
J'avais de très hautes attentes envers le restaurant en raison des nombreux commentaires de mes amiEs. Bien honnêtement, je pense que mon expérience a été bien mais sans plus. Un très bon repas mais un service plus que moyen. Je n'ai rien à dire sur la cuisine exceptionnelle du Chef. Nous avions réservé pour le brunch du dimanche. Le décor est bien mais encore là, j'ai déjà vu des atmosphères comparable & supérieure. Pour ce qui est du service, je dirais que c'est possiblement la faiblesse du restaurant. Très peu de sourires de la part des serveurs, une méconnaissance du menu & un service trop rapide qui ne nous permet pas de pendre le temps de déguster & savourer le moment présent. Je donnerais une note de passage de 7,5 sur 10. Je recommande bien évidemment ce restaurant de quartier pour l'excellence de la cuisine du Chef Modat mais il faudrait bien gérer ses attentes & ne pas se fier uniquement aux avis externes.
