Ce restaurant est maintenant la plus belle expérience que j'ai eu dans la ville de Québec. Nous avons souvent des repas d'affaires avec les clients. Nous avons été franchement impressionnés par les plats recommandations & attentions des serveurs. Nous avons eu des plats surprenants comme du phoque, homard, crabe des neiges & toutes sortes de sauces super bien agencées avec leur plat. Tous des produits du Québec & il y a de quoi être fier. Les viandes étaient cuites à la perfection. Le pré-dessert & le dessert nous ont pris par surprise. Tellement que nous faisions des blagues sur la probabilité d'un post-dessert. Un serveur passait & nous avait entendu blagué. Ils sont venus nous revoir avec un post-dessert préparé dernière minute. Nos clients étaient énormément impressionnés.

The attentive & thoughtful service from the staff added a personal touch that set this dining experience apart from others, marked by small acts of kindness that were both genuine & heartwarming. Moreover, even the bathrooms were impressive, providing a level of comfort & luxury that enhanced the overall experience.
It was a very pleasure experience to enjoy the 6 course with wines Le Clan excels in delivering dishes that leave a lasting impression, from the tender deer & melt-in-your-mouth fish to the carefully crafted dessert pairings. Each element of the meal reflects the chef's dedication to quality & innovation, making dining at Le Clan a truly unforgettable experience for discerning palates. I recently dined at Le Clan & was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu. Now, let's talk about the food. It was nothing short of amazing! Each dish was expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a delightful journey for the taste buds. Overall, Le Clan exceeds expectations with its top-notch service & delectable cuisine. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
I know a great review isn't very helpful but I really wouldn't have changed a thing. Your staff was professional & friendly from the moment we walked in. I apologize for not remembering their names but our main server - dark hair, glasses - & the sommelier - lighter hair, beard - were great. The selection of wines & his knowledge of them & how they fit with the dishes they were paired with were impressive. Oh - & the server picked up on an unintentional birthday comment & arranged for an extra dessert surprise, which was very appreciated.
We look forward to seeing you next time we visit Quebec & will direct our friends to you as well.

La qualité de la nourriture & le service était tout simplement excellent. Les serveurs connaissent très bien leur menu & leur clientèle, l'attention apportée au dessert & l'excellent rapport qualité-prix du 4 services se doivent d'être soulignés. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Seul commentaire: il aurait été préférable d'éteindre la télévision au bar pour mieux pouvoir profiter des plats, qui constituaient une expérience gastronomique digne d'être soulignée. Autrement, tout était top. Bravo!
Tout simplement majestueux! Le service était de très bonne qualité & la nourriture était au dessus de nos attentes. Le clan offre une expérience gastronomique à prix très raisonnable. Nous avons partagés un service 4 plats & un service 6 plats (car le service 6 plats est un peu plus cher). Je recommande vivement de prendre le service 6 plats, contenant 2 plats de plus: le lapin & le bar, qui faisait parti de notre top 3 à la fin du repas. Mention spéciale au dessert qui était délicieux & sureprenant. Le vin était très bon. Une belle expérience qui en vaut le détour à Québec. Merci au chef & à toute l'équipe !
Excellent mais un peu gras/viandu. Il manqueraut un petit quelque chose pour équilibrer le gras. Comme le yogourt au dessert est une très bonne idée. Nous reviendrons cela reste un des meilleurs brunch à Québec tout en étant abordable. Merci
