Une soirée exceptionnelle où j'ai pu revivre une expérience gastronomique au-delà de mes espérances. Mes yeux & mon cerveau se sont fait jouer des tours ... Je recommande ce restaurant d'exception à tous ceux qui veulent sortir de leurs zones de confort ! Un vrai plaisir de voir également une belle équipe de passionnés par leur métier! Bravo 🙌

Comme à l'habitude, tout est à un niveau supérieur!
Je recommande fortement les brunchs du dimanche en plus des soupers qui sont une expérience gastronomique hors du commun.
Un immense bravo au chef M Stéphane Modat & à toute son équipe!

L'expérience gastronomique était à la hauteur de la réputation de ce restaurant. Cependant, & c'est vraiment dommage, le service n'était pas du tout à la hauteur du prix exorbitant. En effet, pour ce montant, je m'attendais à un personnel qui maîtrise parfaitement le menu, le nom des ingrédients, les techniques, etc. Aussi, il semble qu'il existe une autre option d'accord mets/vins plus dispendieuses que celle offerte dans le menu. Les explications relatives à ce que contient cette option n'était vraiment pas claires, plusieurs clients semblaient confus.
C'est donc une belle expérience, mais le service doit être amélioré absolument. En ce qui me concerne, je suis ressorti de l'endroit avec un goût très amer.
