Ce fut une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle du début à la fin! Tout était parfait! Accueil chaleureux, service impeccable & les plats étaient tous incroyablement beaux & délicieux. Les saveurs & textures se mariaient toutes merveilleusement en bouche. On voit qu'il y a énormément de travail & de passion derrière la création des différents plats. Ce fut un privilège d'avoir l'opportunité de déguster un repas (8 services pour notre part) d'une telle qualité & fraîcheur! Merci infiniment de nous avoir si bien accueilli pour le repas du jour de l'an. Je recommande a tous de se gâter & d'aller vivre l'expérience Le Clan!

Très belle soirée avec Le Clan. Nous faisons maintenant parti de la famille. On recommande l'expérience "Accord Classique" pour bien agrémenter le succulent repas.

Tout simplement majestueux! Le service était de très bonne qualité & la nourriture était au dessus de nos attentes. Le clan offre une expérience gastronomique à prix très raisonnable. Nous avons partagés un service 4 plats & un service 6 plats (car le service 6 plats est un peu plus cher). Je recommande vivement de prendre le service 6 plats, contenant 2 plats de plus: le lapin & le bar, qui faisait parti de notre top 3 à la fin du repas. Mention spéciale au dessert qui était délicieux & sureprenant. Le vin était très bon. Une belle expérience qui en vaut le détour à Québec. Merci au chef & à toute l'équipe !

Un excellent repas & des vins exceptionnels. Je le recommande à tous. Par contre je réviserais le plat de cerf, les saveurs n'étaient pas bien balancées & la pièce de viande était dure à mâcher, trop de tissus conjonctifs.
