Comme à l'habitude, tout est à un niveau supérieur!
Je recommande fortement les brunchs du dimanche en plus des soupers qui sont une expérience gastronomique hors du commun.
Un immense bravo au chef M Stéphane Modat & à toute son équipe!

One of the most memorable meals we've ever had. You enter the restaurant on the ground floor, almost feeling like you are walking into the open kitchen. Then you are "swept" upstairs to the unique & beautiful dining room. The service was the best we have ever experienced - friendly & knowledgeable. We opted for the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each course (starting from the beautiful wagyu beef tartare amuse bouche) was both beautiful & delicious. The first course was asparagus. The second & third were fish dishes (the third course in particular was a work of art). Next was a unique poultry dish (I think pheasant, but I can't remember) followed by a tender medallion of veal. The dessert course was a journey unto itself. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

An incredible culinary experience for any foodie. We did the tasting experience paired with wine. The staff explained every dish & the paired wine in great detail which added to the delectable experience. Highly recommend!!

One of the best restaurants we've ever visited. Each course built on the previous one, & the dessert "mushroom" was life-changing. We didn't do the wine pairing, but we did get a bottle of Canadian wine that was truly excellent. Couldn't possibly recommend this restaurant highly enough. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is because 6 stars wasn't an option!

Gréât service & amazing food. At one point I believe it was the halibut I had to pause from the burst of loveliness that burst in my mouth. Highly recommend the experience to anyone. & to add I travel solo so am usually in restaurants alone which sometimes ends in subpar service but Le Clan's staff were very attentive.

J'ai apprécié l'expérience au Clan.
Je suis venue seule & avait opté pour une place au bar. Le service était vraiment top pas de recherche de vente à tout pris mais a satisfaire le client. Je suis partie sur un menu en 4 temps avec les vins assortis. C'était excellent.
De toute l expérience culinaire ce que j ai le plus aimé c est le pain au sel ❤️ & la crêpe au mille trous. Bien évidemment le reste était très bon.
Les vins étaient parfaits avec les plats
Mon regret.. pas de proposition sans viande & d accord avec des alcools canadiens.
Je recommande+++
