Nous avons été enchantés par notre expérience au restaurant Le Clan. Nous avons opté pour le repas 6 services avec accords vins. Le choix des aliments bien préparés combinés aux vins accordés constituent une expérience hors de l'ordinaire, voire exquise. Nous avons été touchés par l'accueil chaleureux & à la fois discret de toutes les personnes qui ont contribué à un service impeccable. Nous avons décidé, mon conjoint & moi, que dorénavant notre budget ‘restaurant' sera réservé pour y retourner. Nous avons aussi grandement apprécié le service de valet offert, en toute simplicité. Nous recommandons Le Clan sans réserve. Pour ce qui est du travail du sommelier : félicitations! Chaque vin, individuellement, était excellent en soi. Mais l'accord avec le plat servi était bien pensé & bien réussi...
