Très belle découverte dans le vieux Québec.
Menu découverte à 4 ou 6 services avec possibilité d'un accord mets-vin.
Les plats sont raffinés, goûteux, & beaux a voir. Un plaisir pour tous les sens. Le personnel est efficace & affable.
Mon seul bémol: le prix de l'accord mets-vin est plutôt élevé & les vins servis pas tous à la hauteur de ce que l'on paie.

Le menu & le choix des vins combinés étaient excellents. Nous avons également été satisfaits du service attentionné & prévenant du serveur. Nous aimerions vraiment revenir. & je le recommanderais en toute confiance à mes amis.

Très belle expérience culinaire. J'aurais toutefois apprécié qu'un peu plus de temps soit consacré au début du repas à nous présenter les différentes options de repas & le concept. Je n'ai pas eu le sentiment d'avoir de choix, si ce n'est de décider si nous prenions l'accord mets vins ou du vin à la carte.
