Loved the food & wine selection. The whole experience at Stephane Modat's table. If you're in the area, it is definitely worth a visit! Next level service you don't see often anymore.

Whilst there is nothing wrong with the food, it lacked any wow factor or stand out dishes that you expect from a one star Michelin. Service is fine but atmosphere is weird. It is however good value at the price point & the paired wines were all excellent. Of the 3 restaraunts we had dinner in Quebec this was the least interesting food & yet the only Michelin restaurant.

Booked for Sunday brunch.
Very professional & friendly hostess. Actively checking on all tables.
Professional staff as well.
It was a prefix brunch consists of 3 steps, starting with cold dishes, then warm & hot, then to the sweets & desserts.
Very reasonably priced.
Additional Wine & Liquor selections are very exclusive also (pricey but quality stuff).
I believe you get the best Michelin experience for dinner too. So, next visit! 😀

Restaurant Le Clan recently just got its 1st Michelin star & it shows. Impeccable atmosphere, delicious food, an incredibly talented & knowledgeable staff. The food was out of this world & paired uniquely with a wine that truly did elevate the dish. If you're in Quebec City & want to experience everything local the province has to offer but prepared meticulously & served beautifully, look no further than Restaurant Le Clan.

We had a very pleasant experience with great dinner options including a preset 4- or 6-course menu as well as a la carte choices. We opted for the 6 course chef menu & were very pleased with the variety, presentation & taste. The wine list is exhaustive. The wine pairing options were excellent.
Service was wonderful: friendly & down to earth, not pretentious but very informative. The sommelier was very accommodating & adjusted the preset wine pairings to our requests & preferences without any issues, i.e.'no problem at all'.
All in all an awesome experience. Le Clan is to be absolutely recommended!!! When in Québec, we will be back!!!

superb dining experience - food quality was top notch, innovative, & delicious. Service was friendly & highly knowledgeable about the food & wine pairings. Memorable experience, as good as any fine dining we have enjoyed in New York or Philadelphia.
