Wow! We did the 6 course tasting menu & wine pairing. It blew us away. Best meal we had in QC! The chef used to work from Chateau Frontenac, so you know this is going to be fine dining.

It was a very pleasure experience to enjoy the 6 course with wines Le Clan excels in delivering dishes that leave a lasting impression, from the tender deer & melt-in-your-mouth fish to the carefully crafted dessert pairings. Each element of the meal reflects the chef's dedication to quality & innovation, making dining at Le Clan a truly unforgettable experience for discerning palates. The wines enhanced the dining experience. Each wine is chosen to harmonize with the flavors & textures of the dishes.

Definitely the best restaurant we visited in Quebec. If you want high end dining for a reasonable price Le Clan is an entire experience. Amazing food, incredible attention to detail. We did the 6 course with wine pairing & it was absolutely amazing, the food, the ambiance, the service, all top notch.

We selected the six course tasting with wine pairing on Sunday. Upon entry you are greeted with the hustle & bustle of the kitchen enclosed in glass & escorted the stairs to the main restaurant.
The staff are very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu & wines of the various regions. Everything was excellent & presented in different dishes with a relaxed & unhurried pace.
Truly a lovely experience that I would recommend & will return again.

Simply Amazing!
The food & exceptional wine pairing was spectacular, we enjoyed dining at the chefs table. The service was on point, loved the detailed descriptions of all the food & wines.

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was amazingly attentive. The room we dined in was charming & food..it was a delight to our eyes & taste bud! We did the wine pairing & were most impressive withe the choices & the staffs descriptions of each wine & dish..it's a must to do in Quebec City ..& a must return time & time again!

We had a lovely dinner! The food was delicious & imaginative. Not something you would find anywhere else. We also found the wine pairings to be superb. The service was also excellent, & the staff was friendly & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend for a special evening out.
