We found this place on a walking tour. We came back for a brunch, & they were great. The restaurant is small & intimate. You enter thru the kitchen, so you know that the chef has nothing to hide. The service is effecient & unintrusive. The food is fresh & extremely savory.

My only complaint was they charged for refills on the coffees. For a brunch, I would hope they would be included. However, didn't take away from the amazing food. Next time we're in quebec city, we will definitely come again.

We thought the service let the food down. Food was amazing but we continually had to get our servers attention for basic things like water. The worst was when we were asked if we wanted the bill before we had received our dessert in the set menu. Service fell inattentive & impersonal. A shame as the food is fantastic.

Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous, ce fût une réelle expérience gustative & j'ai adoré la petite attention au digestif pour l'anniversaire de mon fils!!!😍

They have an unbelievable high talk of how great the are. Would much have preferred to have a starter like their smoked sturgeon & a main of the grilled veal & ordered our own wine. Not offered. They spent the whole time talking up their greatness. We have traveled the world & great dinners. Tonight was the first time we have left 0 tip. No one even came around to fill our water glasses. Very disappointed.

Le menu dégustation comprenait 2 entrées de poisson froide. Une entrée froide suivi d'une entrée chaude aurait été préférable. Les verres servis avec l'accompagnement des vins étaient minimalistes; une once de plus par verre aurait été préférable quitte à charger un peu plus. Même si je suis satisfait de ma visite, ce ne fut pas un coup de coeur.

J'ai pris le 6 services avec l'accord vin , les saveur le menu ainsi que le choix de vin était parfait. Les portions auraient été 20% à 25% plus grosse & on aurait atteint la perfection.
