Nous avons pris 4 services/accords.
Très bien mais nous sommes tout de même resté sur notre faim. Ces portions auraient été parfaites pour un 6 services.

Une soirée exceptionnelle où j'ai pu revivre une expérience gastronomique au-delà de mes espérances. Mes yeux & mon cerveau se sont fait jouer des tours ... Je recommande ce restaurant d'exception à tous ceux qui veulent sortir de leurs zones de confort ! Un vrai plaisir de voir également une belle équipe de passionnés par leur métier! Bravo 🙌

Des mets digne d'un menu pour propulsé votre palais au 7e ciel !! Un personnel incroyablement convivial .... prendre le temps de nous faire visiter les lieux & nous raconter l'histoire du bâtiment m'a charmé .....en bonus..... un accès à un GRAND homme ....un chef EXCEPTIONNEL le temps d'immortaliser sur pellicule ce moment incroyable !!

Merci Stephane Modat de briser les décorum de la haute gastronomie !!

Car effectivement......j'aime beaucoup mieux un spaghetti entre amis qu'un caviar entre connard !!

Longue vie au Clan !!!!!!

Extraordinary dining experience. When we opened the door we wound up practically in the kitchen! Delicious aromas wafted into our faces that we couldn't wait to try. It was a deliberate warm invitation! Not only was the food artistically plated & fun, it was over the top delicious!! Julie our server was a delight & took wonderful care of us! Jeff & I Loved the wine pairing selections. A memorable experience!

Très joli moment.
Le personnel est compétent, respectueux sans être intrusif.
Du voiturier, aux serveurs & sommelier, tout correspondait à nos attentes.
La sélection des vins est belle, judicieuse & pour tous les goûts & budget.

Certains plats nous ont davantage séduit que d'autres mais cela est normal.

Nous n'étions pas venu depuis l'ouverture & le chemin fait, depuis cette date, est évident.

Encore toutes nos excuses pour avoir annulé 3 couverts & n'être venu, finalement qu'à deux au lieu de 5.

Nous continuerons de parler de votre restaurant à nos amis & clients & reviendrons pour la «table des chefs».

Delicious. Six courses, some more to my taste than others, but all good. A little pricey & be aware, this is about le dégustation & not stuffing your face.

When we received our muse bouche, the waiter failed to tell us that there was black pudding under the beef tartare. He described it as beef tartare mixed with capers in a tart shell. Due to closely held beliefs, we do not eat blood products. Unfortunately one of us took a bite & only then discovered that this was in the dish. That event greatly impacted the rest of the evening. Descriptions should be clear. Even as I read the menu there was no mention at all of black pudding, so we did not expect this.
