We would give more staif we could. Enjoyed the best meal & service we have ever had in North America (& probably anywhere, including our 7 years while living in Europe) with a 6 course delicious food & wine pairing, while celebrating notre 50e anniversary de mariage dans la vielle de Quebec. The whole team, especially the sommelier Antoine & the server Thomas, were gracious & knowledgable. This reflects the culture created & maintained by management.
The only negative was bringing the liquor cart out without asking if we were interested.

My two kids & I had the good fortune to be intoduced to your fine establishment on our food tour yesterday, whereupon I promptly booked a table to dine in Le Clan last night. Your offerings are novel & experiential, rooted in First Nation's culture & truly of their land. Extraordinary flavors & techniques evoke such original imagination, we left not only deeply satisfied with the immersive experience you provided, but quite unable to articulate what we have only just experienced to friends & family back home. Truly, an unexpected delight that only you & Quebec are able to effectuate. Magnifique, merci beaucoup!

Je n'oublierai jamais mon expérience ici.
La nourriture, le service & l'atmosphère étaient excellents.
Si Japonais me demande de lui recommander un restaurant au Québec, je vais recommander cet endroit.
