Exceptionnel à tous les points de vue! Plats tous exquis. Hommage aux produits du terroir québécois. Recherche de saveurs & de textures . Présentation soignée & originale. Accords de vins des plus adéquats. Ambiance très agréable & décoration amusante à l'image de l'amour du chef pour la chasse & la pêche.

We had a very enjoyable dinner. We had the 6 course tasting menu. Favorites were the Char, Halibut & Veal.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, attentive & informative.

Only area of improvement is the pacing of the courses was a bit too fast.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Charming ambience. Creative cuisine with the freshest local ingredients. Impeccable service. It's pricey, but the experience was well worth it. Memorable!
