Perfect. Literally, perfect. Artfully crafted menu & wine pairings. Top notch cocktails. Incredible atmosphere. Service that sets the bar for others to follow. The absolute best of Quebec on a plate. Farm to table, adventurous & refined. Shout out to Johnathan who made our anniversary & first trip to Le Clan spectacular. This is the place. Just go. Best of the best!

This was the most amazing dinner I have ever had. We chose the 6 course with the wine pairing & it each corse just exceeded the next! The wait staff was very attentive & friendly. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to end our trip in Quebec!

One of the most memorable meals we've ever had. You enter the restaurant on the ground floor, almost feeling like you are walking into the open kitchen. Then you are "swept" upstairs to the unique & beautiful dining room. The service was the best we have ever experienced - friendly & knowledgeable. We opted for the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each course (starting from the beautiful wagyu beef tartare amuse bouche) was both beautiful & delicious. The first course was asparagus. The second & third were fish dishes (the third course in particular was a work of art). Next was a unique poultry dish (I think pheasant, but I can't remember) followed by a tender medallion of veal. The dessert course was a journey unto itself. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Une première expérience pour le repas du midi. Premier accueil par le service de valet, celui-ci d'ailleurs très sympathique, un gros plus dans le Vieux Québec. Dès l'entrée nous avons une vue sur la cuisine & ses excellents cuisiniers & le mot de bienvenue par le chef propriétaire lui-même, Stéphane Modat. On s'y sent déjà bien & ça se poursuivra ainsi tout au long du repas. Cuisine créative & goûteuse sans être superficielle avec des produits de chez-nous mis de l'avant . Bref ce fut un très beau moment pour tous les sens .
