This was one of the best tasting menus I have ever had!! To start the service was exceptional, Laura Emily took such great care of us & made the entire dinner really wonderful. Every single dish was amazing & the one allergy we had was worked around seamlessly. Thank you for such a memorable meal.

Excellent choice for a special dining experience. The service was beyond excellent, all staff was extremely attentive, elegant & professional. We tried their 6 course exceptional wine pairing meal & were not disappointed. Every bite was thoughtfully planned with unique flavors & textures, & the paired wines were amazing! They were chosen from some of the smallest boutique wineries in France & Italy & they were such a treat, especially with their complementary courses. The atmosphere is lovely as well, we'll definitely be back. The chef & staff truly work as a team to ensure that their guests have an intimate experience.

One of the best restaurants we've ever visited. Each course built on the previous one, & the dessert "mushroom" was life-changing. We didn't do the wine pairing, but we did get a bottle of Canadian wine that was truly excellent. Couldn't possibly recommend this restaurant highly enough. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is because 6 stars wasn't an option!

We all agreed that this was our best meal of our whole trip together - cruise, rail & independent travel in Canada. Being some who spied hard goud food, excellent service & great ambience, last night it all came together with the most fabulous meal of all. Every mouthful was balanced, every dish a treat for the eye as well. No recommendation comes with greater support. Worthy of Michelin stars (& better than some we have had!)
