La perfection sur toute la ligne ! Un six services à l'aveugle tout à fait exceptionnel où chaque plat était une oeuvre d'art pour les yeux, nous procurant plaisir & émotion à chaque bouchée. Ce restaurant, en plus d'être magnifique à tous points de vue, est doté d'un personnel attentionné & immensément professionnel, ce qui nous a assuré une expérience optimale. Chaque détail a été réfléchi & magnifiquement réalisé. Chapeau au chef Modat, sa brigade & tout son personnel !

What a great experience. This was perfect. 6 course set dinner. From the first course to the dessert it all worked together as a great composition. Flavors flowed from one course to the next. The presentation of each dish was beautiful & completed the great flavor of the journey through this Dinner. It was such a great culinary experience.
The staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly & not overbaring but attentive in the just right amount.
Great atmosphere wide open kitchen at ground level & upstairs a bar & a quaint but inviting dining area.
When in Quebec City a must visit!

Magical experience, from the moment I got out of my car, to the moment I got back in. Staff is polite & knowledgeable. The 6 course menu was outstanding, everything cooked to perfection, presentation, wine accords, even the toilet installation is luxurious.
Truly felt like a king. Thank you Jeremy!
