Un menu découverte surprennant du début à la fin. Je recommande également l'accord mets vins afin de vivre pleinement l'expérience. Je tiens à souligner également la qualité du service, le serveur était sympathique & connaissait très bien sa matière. J'ai passé une belle soirée en excellente compagnie, belle découverte.

Nous avons choisi le menu 6 services en accompagnement mets-vin. Une excellente découverte à chaque service. Les portions étaient suffisantes. Beaucoup de recherches derrière chacun des plats. Bravo au chef pour sa créativité & son approvisionnement majoritaire auprès de producteurs québécois. Le service était par ailleurs impeccable & attentionné. On prend le soin de décrire chaque plat avec détails. Une adresse à retenir. Bonne continuation & bon succès!
