Une célébration d'anniversaire réussie! Un vendredi midi, peu achalandé mais accueil chaleureux. Menu raffiné & bien présenté. Après une superbe crème de panais crémeuse & presque mousseuse, la jubilaire & moi avons choisi le canard, une cuisse très tendre, aux saveurs fines. Les vins au verre ont permis un d'accord juste. En dessert, un pain perdu, soutenu par un délicat caramel, a complété un repas qui a enchanté madame.
Le seul bémol va au rapport volume/prix du champagne pris en apéritif...mais il était bon.

Belle soirée chez vous pour notre anniversaire de mariage.
Nous avons choisi le menu 4 services avec l accord mets -vin.
Des plats soignés avec une présentation sobre, des goûts prononcés, délicieux!
Nous avons apprécié le service attentionné & chaleureux de Morgane & des autres serveurs.
Petit bémol : les assiettes pourraient être un petit peu plus garnies.
