Bel accueil ! Excellent service ! Ont gentiment accepté d'apportez quelques modifications au menu dégustation pour respecter quelques contraintes alimentaires !!! Tous les services étaient vraiment bons ! Les sauces sont raffinées !! Un chef digne des plus grands restaurants ! Excellent rapport qualité prix !! C'était notre 2e visite & nous allons y retourner !!!

After a year living in Canada, my husband & I agreed that Le Clan is the best restaurant we' ve been until now.
To find a restaurant with white table cloth, is not an easy task. To be served by people who knows their job, is pretty much appreciated
Le Clan is a place you can have an easy conversation without a noisy sorrounding & with the perfect ambience music.

The food... Oh, dear! Every single plate was very close to perfection if not perfect. Each of them were soft, delicate & with a texture than only a passionate chef, can reach. The wine was delicious & the long trip from Ottawa (in the middle of a winter storm) to have our christmas dinner there, worth it!!!

Many people could think that this is a paid review & this does not matter to me. I want you at Le Clan to know, that you rock.

An incredible Christmas day brunch! Every course was original, thoughtfully prepared & presented, & absolutely exquisite to taste & enjoy. The service, setting, & food were outstanding. A highlight of our visit to Quebec City.

- Le service est très axé sur la vente plus que sur la qualité de l'expérience;

- le menu gagnerait à mettre en valeur les vins du terroir de la même façon que les ingrédients le sont. Les serveurs ne proposent que des appellations contrôlées de France ou de la région de champagne;

- aucune option au menu pour les végétariens & aucune alternative proposée;

- les 2 plats de poissons (format tapas) étaient bien exécutés & élégants;

- belles trouvailles dans la carte des vins.

Privilégier les assises en table plutôt qu'au bar; les dossiers n'offrent pas le confort pour un repas.
