We did the six course tasting menu. Everything was excellent, high quality, great service. Especially enjoyed their take on the sturgeon. & the beef with dried trumpet mushrooms, so good! Would definitely come back next time we visit Quebec.

Accueil chaleureux directement dans la cuisine par le chef & sa brigade.
Décor feutré & très confortable.
Expérience culinaire à la hauteur de nos attentes; digne des grandes tables. Vraiment agréable de ne pas avoir de décision à prendre. Carte des vins complète & impressionnante. Honneur aux produits locaux.
Seul bémol; un dessert un peu trop relevé à l'alcool, mais c'est un goût bien personnel.
Jamais mangé de boeuf aussi tendre & l'esturgeon était absolument délicieux.
Dans l'ensemble le personnel était très sympathique. Par contre, notre serveuse manquait un peu de discrétion.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Très belle découverte dans le vieux Québec.
Menu découverte à 4 ou 6 services avec possibilité d'un accord mets-vin.
Les plats sont raffinés, goûteux, & beaux a voir. Un plaisir pour tous les sens. Le personnel est efficace & affable.
Mon seul bémol: le prix de l'accord mets-vin est plutôt élevé & les vins servis pas tous à la hauteur de ce que l'on paie.
